Bill Pulte is an American businessman, investor, and philanthropist, best known for founding Pulte Capital Partners and for his social-media-driven philanthropy. He has also served as Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, overseeing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Home Loan Banks. The grandson of PulteGroup founder William J.
